Hall & Monagle LLC Records

Huffman & Monagle, LLC (known at the time as Hall & Monagle, LLC) was one of the legal firms representing survivors of clerical sexual abuse in the Archdiocese of Santa Fe’s bankruptcy settlement. Hall & Monagle was established in New Mexico in 1986. The firm focuses on advocacy for survivors of sexual abuse, including cases of institutional abuse within the Catholic Church, prisons, schools, and more.

This series contains records provided by Hall & Monagle, reflecting their use as legal records by the firm in litigation against the Archdiocese of Santa Fe. Survivors involved in the case were able to opt-in to the inclusion of some or all of the documents related to the individual in the ASF collection, using a form provided by their legal representative(s). Redactions have been made, except when survivors have waived redaction requirements.
