Description
The New Mexico Open Educational Resources (NMOER) Consortium was developed to improve student success and retention by supporting the use of course materials that are free to students. The following plan will gather data to demonstrate the need for this program, assess the impact of the program, and to further gather information about the use of free and open resources at NMOER Consortium schools.
