Abstract
This work preliminarily assesses the relationship between regular cannabis use and psychotic-like experiences (PLEs) in adolescents and young adults. Prior findings are replicated showing that broadly reported PLEs and associated distress are elevated in regular cannabis users, while also showing that acute PLE responses in cannabis-exposed individuals are related to individual differences in cannabis-related problems, trauma, and use frequency.
