Who can submit?
Submissions to Chamisa: A Journal of Literary, Performance, and Visual Arts of the Greater Southwest are open to anyone regardless of institutional affiliation or professional status. Unaffiliated members of the larger community are encouraged to submit proposals. Individuals who submit must demonstrate that they, either, own the copyright to the work being proposed or have been authorized by the copyright owner or owners to submit the work. Authors are defined as the original owners of the copyrights to their works; however, an exception to this definition might arise if the authors have, as a condition of employment, agreed to transfer copyright to their employer.
