Abstract

This report updates population, employment, income, and household-size projections for selected Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) service areas, including Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Belen, Gallup, Deming, Las Vegas, and Bernalillo County. Based on revised Census, Employment Security Department, Bureau of Economic Analysis, and University of New Mexico forecasting data, the study provides high-, medium-, and low-growth scenarios through 2001 for utility and infrastructure planning purposes.
