Abstract
The report evaluates the economic impact of proposed amendments to Section 103 of New Mexico’s Water Supply Regulations governing the approval of construction and modification of public water supply systems. Prepared by Albert M. Church of the University of New Mexico Bureau of Business and Economic Research for the New Mexico Environmental Improvement Division, the study examines how expanding regulatory review requirements would affect public water systems, professional engineers, and state regulatory agencies.
