Continued: a story about el governador Clyde Tingley, WPA, Land expropriation, opposition and activism as a leader of the Liga Obrera, activism to defend the rights of land owners. He shares his thoughts on a project to propose the extraction of minerals to employ adults and young adults. Memories of working in the Terreros mines, the workers went on strike asking for better income. The mines eventually closed as the company did not pay better wages to workers. Liga Obrera was organized and established in response to the strike in the Minas of Gallup, arrests of obreros de las minas that led to a riot that ended up in the dead of the Alguacil Mayor, and more stories about local politics. The Liga struggle for better social services and funding to improve public services in the Hispanic community. Conversation continues about social inequity and possible solutions presented by the Liga Obrera Plan, politicians, union activists and stories about political events in la Plaza Vieja 1932. Conversation ends with a personal story about his leadership to endorse a democratic candidate for the legislation, judge Armijo's efforts to prosecute him in Guadalupe County.
