Discussion topics: Born on Oct. 17, 1910 in Wagon Mound, NM. Family history, a large family of 13 children, his father passed when he was 8 years old. Life in Wagon Mound, ranch life, cattle and sheep raising. He went to school in Wagon Mound and Albuquerque: first St. Antonio Catholic School then at Harwood Methodist boarding school. He used to ride the horses to help the Catholic Sisters run their errands. He and his brother used to commute from Wagon Mound to Albuquerque by train. His young years as a sheep shepherd, stories about neighbors and shootings for sheep trespassing lands, selling sheep, and sheep wool. His republican family roots and other family relations in Mora.
