Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to present an analysis of the political life of Octaviano A. Larrazolo and in doing so show the various forces that were instrumental in the shaping of his political life. The author has sought to show Larrazolo's political development and his contributions to the political life of his time. Only those incidents of his life that had a bearing in his political career have been presented as this is not intended as a biographical sketch.
