Abstract

This thesis will be divided in two parts. The first part will deal with the recruiting service, the recruiter, and the recruiter's prospect and candidate lists. The second part will deal with the persons who are to be the Air Force airmen. Conscription measures will be considered in the second part of the thesis because the relationship is in that area.
