Abstract

In the development of todays music programs in the secondary school, constant and dedicated thought to aims, objectives, and the need for the improvement of the physical plant have been stressed by music educators and school administrators. Much has been done in the areas of aims and objectives. Improvement of the physical plant has been limited in written and resource material and also in experience for the planning and development of the music plant. The results of these limitations have been poorly planned, designed, and constructed facilities.
