Relationships with Native American Pueblo regarding land, Peñasco was Indian territory before the arrival of the Hispanic settlers. This participant moved to Peñasco in 1910, conversation about sheep herding, work in agriculture, health, low wages and the hard work in the fields, lack of resources to go to school.
