(Last addition, November 12, 2025) Conversation continued: unemployment and food stamps, precarity of jobs in the current days due to the use of machines, automation, and industrialization. People are dependent on the government help, so they become reluctant to work. In the past people were stronger and healthier due to available natural food and natural medicine. When there was no electricity in the village, people used to make a kind of a torch that was soaked in lard to lit the rooms in the house. Don José thinks that los tiempos de antes volverán como medio de sobrevivencia después de que el sistema moderno colapse. Conversation continues about topics related to economic crisis, Mexico, wars, and Mexican people in the U.S.
