Abstract

This document presents Jamaica s National Biofuels Policy which is designed to achieve: A modern, efficient, diversified and environmentally sustainable biofuels sector that contributes to Jamaica s long-term energy security and socio-economic development. One of the main goals of this policy is to create innovative and clean technologies facilitating a secure supply of biofuels into local and national distribution systems.
