Abstract

This ordinance aims to regulate the first hand sales, transportation, storage and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas. Such regulation activities may be carried out, with prior permission, by social and private sectors, which may build, operate and own pipelines, facilities and equipment, based on the terms of the provisions of this ordinance.
