Abstract
General law that has as main goal the protection, conservation and recuperation of the environment; also, the sustainable use of the natural resources to improve the quality of life of present and future generations. Art. 21 states that anyone who intends to execute a project involving electric generation based on renewable energy sources must present a Study of Environmental Impact.
