Abstract
The goal for the creation of this Council is to establish strategic policies that promote the efficient development of the energy industry. Article 3 states that the Council will promote the rational use of energy and perform all necessary actions for the development and expansion of renewable energy sources; considering the policies for the protection of the environment.
