Description
This presentation provides practical strategies to empower clinical scholarship among nurse residents. Content includes research question development (PICOT, FAC rubric), resource navigation (databases, BrowZine, health statistics), literature search techniques (Boolean, truncation, phrase/proximity, subject headings), review and publishing processes, and HSLIC services overview. Aimed at inspiring and equipping new nurses to actively engage in evidence-based scholarship and professional development.
