Abstract

Mentorship is crucial to successfully navigating professional and personal life. In this discussion, participants will learn common types of mentorships and discuss qualities of a successful mentor-mentee relationship. Participants will share stories of past mentorship, identify personal areas of growth, and brainstorm ways to ask for mentorship. This informal discussion aims to create opportunities for participants to envision and assemble their ideal mentorship team.
