Abstract
The report presents a preliminary review of New Mexico's economy during 1960, finding that economic activity leveled off after the strong growth of 1959 but still produced the second-highest volume of business in state history. The report highlights declining construction and manufacturing activity, offset in part by gains in mining, government employment, and selected sectors of trade and services.
