Abstract

This report documents the analysis of a survey of unemployed Navajo individuals residing off the reservation, including demographic characteristics, job-search experiences, training interests, barriers to employment, mobility patterns, and workforce preferences. The report preserves both the survey codebook and tabulated statistical results generated as part of a broader Bureau of Business and Economic Research study of labor force conditions affecting the Navajo Nation.
