Abstract
This report documents Arizona’s second year of participation in the Four Corners Regional Commission’s development planning program, focusing on regional economic development, planning district formation, socioeconomic projections, public investment evaluation, and economic base analysis of Arizona counties. It examines strategies for promoting balanced growth, improving coordination among state and regional agencies, and developing planning tools for long-term economic and community development in the Four Corners region.
