Abstract
This study was undertaken to determine the organizational climate of 12 elementary schools in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as perceived by the principal and the teachers who serve in the architecturally open and closed elementary classrooms in the same school. Sufficient data for statistical analysis was obtained in nine of the 12 schools.
