Abstract
The major objective of this study was to test the applicability of Herzberg's dual-factor theory to administrator and non-administrator faculty at the 72 accredited colleges and schools of pharmacy in the United States. Of the 360 faculty members selected for the population sample, 202 (56%) returned usable questionnaires which provided the essential data for the study.
