Abstract
Statement of the problem. It is the purpose of this study to make a historical investigation of the schools and the host towns of New Mexico. It is proposed that:
- The schools were an important factor in the ghost towns of New Mexico.
- The contributions of the schools in the ghost towns of New Mexico were extensive and significant.
- The schools reflected life in the ghost towns of New Mexico.
- The schools affected life in the ghost towns of New Mexico.
