Abstract
Statement of the Problem. It will be the purpose of this study to make a survey of the conditions existing in the schools of Seminole County, Oklahoma, at the present time, to make a survey of the conditions that existed before discovery of oil, to make as careful an analysis as possible of the existing factors which might show what conditions will exist in the future, and, from a consideration of these conditions, to formulate a proposed plan of organization that will enable these schools to continue to function at the present rate of efficiency after the revenue from oil has been lost.
