Abstract
If a state of physical fitness is desirable and therefore is being emphasized, what then is the best means of obtaining this state? This necessitates physical educators' evaluating closely and objectively their activity courses in order to determine what contribution their courses have made to this objective of physical fitness. Little such evaluation has been made. This study helps to evaluate the contribution of three activities toward the development of physical fitness.
