Another closeup view of the variety of construction types in a favela. Few people own the land they settle on and rent shacks or houses from others. During the heavy rains, often several shacks collapse or are washed away.Outra vista da variedade de tipos de construções da favela. Poucas pessoas são donas da terra onde se estabelecem e, dessa forma, têm que alugar barracos e casas. Durante a estação das chuvas muitas vezes vários barracos caem por terra ou são levados pelas águas.
