View of Pavão favela. Steps lead up from the lower level to the top of the hill. There are houses and shacks of various types in every favela. Some are made of solid brick and have been built gradually; others are made of frail materials like wood, metal, plastic sheets, etc.Vista da favela do Pavão. Os degraus levam do nível mais baixo ao topo da colina. Há casas e barracos de vários tipos em cada favela. Algumas são feitas de tijolo e foram construídas gradualmente. Outras são feitas de material frágil como madeira, latão, placas de plástico, etc.
