Highway through the drought stricken sertão in southern Ceará. Adverse climatic conditions in the form of prolonged droughts, rural labor surplus and skewed landownership patterns have helped increase this flow of migrants to medium and large cities.Rodovia através do sertão queimado pela seca no sul do Ceará. As desfavoráveis condições climáticas na forma de prolongadas secas, o excesso de milo-de-obra rural e a concentração de posse da terra têm expulsado o homem do campo, contribuindo para aumentar o fluxo de migração.
