Abstract
This final report details the development and integration of the New Mexico Energy Management System (EMS), a comprehensive computer model linking the state's economy, population, and natural resource industries to assist in short-term problem solving and long-range energy planning. Centered around the SWEEP multiregional input-output model, the system simulates the socioeconomic, demographic, and tax revenue impacts of varying national and regional energy development scenarios through the year 2000.
