The Tomas Atencio Papers and Academia de la Nueva Raza / Rio Grande Institute Records (MSS 827) include recordings of events, music and interviews - some of which are in Spanish. Because of the extensiveness of this collection, the digital files of the Spanish language interviews have not, at this point, been uploaded to the repository for this project.
The collection is included in this project because of the interviews involved and the regional New Mexico Spanish language used. Interviews available on CDs for listening at the UNM Center for Southwest Research.
