Abstract
Education is at a rather high level of sophistication and advancement in most areas of North America, Europe, and parts of Asia. Unless information has been gained through travel, research and study, or personal contact with foreign students and visitors, it is difficult to realize there are places, such as most of Latin America, where children are deprived of good educational resources, schools sufficiently equipped with texts, materials, and well-trained teachers. Because of this, they are afforded little chance to fully develop an awareness of their surroundings. Usually, such an education is achieved under all possible conditions of study, exploration, and experimentation under the guidance of an understanding and fully informed teacher.
