(Estimated date) This recording is a MEETING where the speaker introduces himself and El Centro Campesino de Salud Project, H.E.L.P. to provide health services to five northern counties in New Mexico: Río Artiba, Taos, San Miguel, Mora and Guadalupe. Two funding goals: Migrant workers and Family Health Center, reading of regulations and definition of terminology for an understanding of the services and who can benefit of the HELP project. A historical review of this project as this is recorded in the Federal Register. Explanation of how funds are distributed, who qualifies to receive them, and details of the process of application, claim, and program registration.
