Abstract
The widespread distribution of corporate securities and the growth of the corporate form of business have made it necessary to develop better methods for the distribution of information to interested parties. Corporation managers have an obligation to supply information to owners, prospective investors and regulatory bodies. Over the years techniques have been developed for reporting information to these owners and other int rested parties.
