Special issue designed to inform the public about the proposed Fence Lake Mine. Although some of the material printed within this issue is written by the people of Zuni, it should also be noted that parts of this issue are reprints from the Final Environmental Impact Statement prepared by the Office of Surface Mining. This issue is mean to inform the public about the likely effects of the mine, and provide a place for the viewpoints of community members to be shared
