Abstract
The New Mexico ES-202 reports, formally titled Covered Employment and Wages, present comprehensive quarterly data on employment, wages, and establishment counts of workers covered by state unemployment insurance laws. Derived from employer-submitted Unemployment Insurance tax records, the reports offer detailed industry and geographic breakdowns, supporting economic analysis, labor market research, and policy planning. The ES-202 series is part of the national Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW) program, jointly administered by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and state workforce agencies.
