Abstract

The increased emphasis on technology throughout the world triggered by the realization of both its importance for survival in this decade and its utility for gaining economic affluence has led to a resurgence of interest in educational methods in general. The search for scientists, engineers and technicians had focused attention on the education of the gifted child in particular.
