Submission Types:
- Plans and reports → [Degree Program] Assessment
- Plans or reports only → [Degree Program] Assessment [Plan OR Report]
- Maturity narrative/rubric → State of Assessment Narrative and Rubric
Examples:
- 2015/2016 SOE Computer Engineering BS Assessment
- 2018/2019 UNMV Liberal Arts AA Assessment Plan
- 2020/2021 CAS State of Assessment Narrative and Rubric
