Please use this naming convention for academic assessment submissions:

[Academic Year] [College/School/Campus Abbreviation] [Submission Type]

Submission Types:

  • Plans and reports → [Degree Program] Assessment
  • Plans or reports only → [Degree Program] Assessment [Plan OR Report]
  • Maturity narrative/rubric → State of Assessment Narrative and Rubric

Examples:

  • 2015/2016 SOE Computer Engineering BS Assessment
  • 2018/2019 UNMV Liberal Arts AA Assessment Plan
  • 2020/2021 CAS State of Assessment Narrative and Rubric

Please use this naming convention for co-curricular/administrative assessment submissions:

  • Plans and reports → [Academic Year] AC [Unit Name] Assessment
  • Plans or reports only → [Academic Year] AC [Unit Name] Assessment [Plan OR Report]
