Abstract
The IHS Strategic Plan is the product of a diverse workgroup with expertise in various facets of healthcare from clinical care to facilities construction. The IHS Strategic plan entails four goals: Build Healthy Communities, Achieve Parity in Access by 2010, Provide Compassionate Quality Health Care, and Embrace Innovation. Each of these goals are outlined alongside their respective strategies for accomplishment.
