Abstract

This manual is a user's guide that accompanies the Health Services Priority System, a statistical model used to distribute money from the Indian Health Care Improvement Fund to qualified Indian Health Service operating units. The HSPS model consists of a PC-based EXCEL spreadsheet, created and maintained by IHS headquarters in Rockville, Maryland.
