Abstract
The purpose of this investigation was to design and build the equipment necessary to couple a Dodge automobile engine to an Allison aircraft engine supercharger; to assemble and instrument this instillation in such a manner that performance characteristics of the single stage centrifugal compressor could be determined; and to present and evaluate the data obtained in terms of appropriate dimensionless parameters.
