Abstract
The Cyber-infrastructure/Networked Information System external advisory panel conducted a review of the Long Term Ecological Research (LTER) Network Office (LNO) Network Information System (NIS) Operational Plan.
This summary conclusion is that the operational plan is sufficiently comprehensive, organizes the sixteen major project tasks coherently, and scopes the effort at a generally appropriate level of detail.
