Abstract
The author has endeavored to present a resume of the training provided for Latin American officers at the U.S. Army Command and Staff College, to analyze the performance of six selected graduates and to discuss the benefits derived by the participants from the program. It is hoped that the information collected will be of value to others doing research in the field of inter-American affairs and will stimulate further work in the specific area of military training.
