Description

Join the LAII for a dynamic round of lightning talks, where current PhD Fellows will share updates on their projects in six-minute presentations. Speakers will reflect on the progress they have made over the past year, discuss challenges they have encountered, and offer thoughtful advice to students who aspire to pursue PhD studies. Each year, the LAII PhD Fellowship supports doctoral students across campus in conducting and completing dissertation research focused on Latin America. This event offers an opportunity to learn about emerging research from multiple academic disciplines while gaining insight into the PhD fellowship experience.
