Resistance for Afro peoples has historically been a creative act of survival accompanied by a fierce determination to find joy in adverse circumstances. Mark your calendars and join us for this bilingual, weeklong series that explores the histories, languages, literature, poetics, cultural practices and ethnic and racial complexities of Latinidad. Featured regions include Honduras, Peru, Brazil, the United States. Music, dance, films, culinary taste feasts, panel discussions & more!
