How to Submit a Poster

1. Make sure your poster and/or poster with video is in an acceptable format. We can accept Adobe Acrobat (PDF) and MP4, MOV, MP3 or WAV video or audio formats.

2. Write an abstract for your poster. It can be any length. Please also select keywords. These are words that will help a user locate your paper through a search.

OPTION 1:

Create your poster in PowerPoint, Publisher, or another program. Then "save as", “print”, or “exports” to save it as a PDF file.

If desired you can create an explanatory video using Zoom or any program of your choice that will produce the following formats: MP4, MOV, MP3 or WAV. If you have questions, please contact lsloane@salud.unm.edu.

Use the Submission Instructions link at right to submit your poster PDF, alone, or poster PDF and video file to the Digital Repository.

You will be notified by email when your poster (and video, if applicable) are published.

OPTION 2:

HSLIC can convert files from some programs into an acceptable format. Please contact Lori Sloane: lsloane@salud.unm.edu.

Submit the poster (and video if applicable) by emailing it to lsloane@salud.unm.edu. Include in an email message the following things: abstract; keywords; and name, affiliation (department and university if not UNM), and email address for each author. Lori Sloane will upload your content for you.
