Abstract
This report presents detailed state and regional employment service and unemployment insurance data, including labor market activities for women, veterans, handicapped workers, and agricultural and nonagricultural placements. It also contains special tables on unemployment insurance beneficiaries, benefit exhaustions, and dependents' allowances, providing insight into labor market and social insurance conditions in the United States during 1957.
