Abstract
This report presents detailed state-by-state data on employment service activities, unemployment insurance claims, labor market placements, agricultural and nonagricultural employment, and benefit payment timeliness. It provides a snapshot of labor market conditions during late 1958, with special tabulations for women, veterans, handicapped workers, and interstate unemployment compensation activities.
